How does it work?

PHAEDIS functions as intermediary bringing customers and brands together. Upon your purchase via the online shop, PHAEDIS will contact the brand(s), forwarding them your postal address. Your purchased goods will be send to you directly from the brand. The delivery will be prepared to be shipped as fast as possible. Preparation time will vary, depending on the brand. The payment for the obtained article will be deducted from your bank account when the product is ready to ship. Shipping costs cannot be refunded in the case of return.

What about shipping?

Shipping costs will be calculate on the basis of origin of the brand and origin of the customer and will therefore vary from case to case. Not all brands offer international shipping. Shipping costs are calculated by the shop system once the address has been provided. At this point the customer has the chance to cancel the order.

What if I’d like to return an item?

Returns are eligible within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Costs for return shipment are paid by the customer. The price for the item is fully refunded.
